Security
Owner-only staff access control. Base accounts come from STAFF_ACCESS_JSON; accounts added here are stored securely in Apps Script properties. Session revocation is enforced by the Staff API.
STAFF ACCESS
ADD ACCOUNT grants a Google account access without editing Netlify. LOG OUT invalidates current sessions. BLOCK denies access until RESTORE. Owner accounts are protected.

The Owner Code above is required. New accounts can sign in with Google immediately after they are added.
